Every artisan we introduce has been met in person. Our founder visits the workshop, sees the work, and talks with the maker before anyone is invited into our collective.
We work alongside Japan's makers and small businesses every day, in Japanese. That daily relationship is why a request from us opens a door that a cold enquiry from abroad usually does not.
Everything is handled in English, from your first message to the moment you arrive, with the language, customs, and introductions taken care of on your behalf.
