Information we collect

We collect your name, your contact details such as an email address, and whatever you tell us in your message. This reaches us through the contact forms on our sites, which may be operated by an external form service, or by email.

When you purchase our products online, we receive your name, email address and purchase details through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details.

How we use it

We use it to answer you and to arrange the travel, introductions, and other services you ask us for. We do not use it for anything else.

For products you have purchased, we use your email address to notify you of new versions, bug fixes and support matters. These notices do not include promotions for other products.

Sharing with third parties

We do not pass your information to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. Where a booking makes it necessary, we share only what is needed with the businesses involved, such as accommodation providers, transport operators, or the artisan you have asked to meet.

External services

We use external services for some functions, for example to run our contact forms.

We use Stripe for payments and Resend for sending email.

Access, correction, and deletion
